Cancellation Policy
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness unless travel insurance is purchased. If you cancel your participation for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance that will cover the extent of risk you foresee.
IF WE CANCEL THE TRIP:
We hope to never have a reason to cancel a trip; however, if we must cancel the trip due to extreme circumstance, we will refund your payment. We cannot however compensate you for the downpayment, airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event of trip being cancelled due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund, it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Downpayment
Please note that the initial downpayment per person, is non-refundable. Your downpayment is calculated based on the package you choose.
Arrivals/Departures
Please purchase a flight that will get you to Dubai International Airport (DXB Airport) by 11/8/2024. We will end our trip in Abu Dhabi, but transfers can take you back to Dubai airport if it is the best option for you. Dubai is 1 1/2 hours from Abu Dhabi, whereas the hotel in Abu Dhabi is only 30 minutes from the Abu Dhabi Airport.

Flights
Travel Insurance – It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance as this will protect you from any unforeseen circumstances. MYA Level Up recommends Travelex Insurance: https://www.travelexinsurance.com/
Incidentals – You will need to place a card on file at the resort for incidentals, there will be a temporary hold of a set amount and will get refunded back to you upon checking out of the resort.
